1. Eligibility (B2B Only)
1.1 Business Customers Only
The Services are offered solely to businesses, institutions, and government organizations. They are NOT intended for personal use.
1.2 Authority
You represent that you have authority to bind the Customer entity to these Terms.
2. Key Definitions
Customer Data
Data, content, and files submitted to the Services by you.
Meta Services
Facebook and Instagram APIs and related developer services.
Meta Data
Data obtained via Meta Services for insights and automation.
Authorized Users
Employees or agents authorized by you to use the Services.
3. Scope of Services
Bluewand provides a B2B SaaS platform offering automations, business intelligence, and analytics infrastructure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Interfering with Service integrity or security
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Bypassing access controls or authentication measures
- Transmitting harmful malware or automated bots
5. Intellectual Property
Your Data
You retain full ownership of Customer Data. You grant us limited rights only to process it for your services.
Our Platform
Bluewand retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform technology, designs, and code.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
